Completed in early 2021, this stylish project for contractors Knight Harwood involved a full rewire of the apartment including a new fire alarm system and upgrading the existing distribution board with a new 18th edition board, to bring it in line with current regulations.
New lighting has been installed throughout with new ceiling mounted decorative pendants and decorative wall fittings being installed along with electric underfloor heating in the family bathroom.
