Sebastian Court, Upney Lane, Barking - L Harvey and Son

Barking and Dagenham’s regeneration company appointed Jerram Falkus Construction to undertake the demolition of the original 1960s Sebastian Court estate buildings which had fallen into disrepair, before commencing enabling works and the construction of 95 new high-quality affordable homes on the site.

Following the demolition works, the piling for the three new residential blocks and then started work on the new substation which unlocked the site in preparation for the new affordable housing development.

Harveys Contract was the full electrical package including all the CCTV and access control systems, exterior lighting, intruder alarms, and Fire Alarm system. PV panels were installed on the roof of each building and secondary generators for a fail-safe system.
