Design and Build

L Harvey and Son Group Ltd offer our clients a complete M&E design, co-ordination, and installation package.  Working in partnership with our in-house designer, external design consultants and CAD engineers.

Our qualified design and co-ordination engineers use AutoCAD LT software to produce specific, fully
coordinated M&E drawings.  Clash detection enables potential issues to be identified and resolved prior to works commencing, saving the client both time and money.

Once a contract has been awarded the design team and CAD coordinators will engage with the architects and fire protection engineers to coordinate the building services and ensure regular liaison with the client.  When the works commence on site, the project manager will continue to work closely with the design team and coordination engineers to ensure a smooth installation of the building services.
